By booking or using services through Psyluminex, you agree to the following terms:

Services are provided solely by therapists legally authorized to give independent counselling sessions.

Psyluminex does not guarantee specific outcomes from counselling sessions.

All client information and communications with therapists are confidential in accordance with applicable laws.

Psyluminex is not responsible for any direct or indirect consequences arising from the counselling sessions.

You are responsible for providing accurate information to your therapist.
REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Clients may cancel appointments free of charge up to 12 hours before the scheduled session.

Refunds are available only for cancellations made at least 12 hours prior to the session.

No-shows or late cancellations (less than 12 hours) are not eligible for a refund.

Clients may reschedule a no-show or late cancellation appointment at the discretion of the therapist, but no refund will be issued.
